Mesh Screen Printing cannot be held liable for shipping delays due to COVID-19.
 
  • Quotes – All quotes are valid for 2 weeks. All quotes are subject to revisions based on customer changes and would require additional invoice approval for each change.
  • Specialty Prints - Waterbase, Discharge, Puff etc. may have a price increase. (Price will be discussed upon job)
  • Deposits & Balances Due – Orders will require a 75% UP FRONT deposit IF we are instructed to purchase materials, custom colors and/or blanks for the order. 100% of the cost of materials/blanks deposits are due before the order moves forward. Remaining balance due upon completion of order at pick-up, delivery or before shipping out.
  • Errors or Omissions - Mesh Screen Printing is not responsible for errors or omissions after proof has been approved and the job is completed. Additional art and/or digitizing fees may be incurred if edits need to be made due to approval of incorrect invoice information and will be charged a second time to reorder.
  • Defects – All Screen Printing & Embroidery production runs have an 4% allowable defect rate for each order. Mesh Screen Printing is not responsible for replacing any customer provided garments that are damaged, lost, destroyed or otherwise not returned to the client that are within the allowable 8% defect rate.
  • Delivery Policy – For clients in the Coachella Valley & surrounding areas, goods are available for pick-up or delivery. For clients based elsewhere shipping is available for an additional fee and will be invoiced separately to customer.
  • Turn Around Time – There may be unique variables that may affect the turnaround time including and not limited to: the ordering of material blanks and custom colored threads, sending out artwork for vectorizing and/or digitizing, quantity of printing, and machine maintenance and repair. Typically 2-3 week turnaround.
  • Minimums – There is a 24 Piece minimum for screen printing. No minimum for embroidary. Artwork – We Require a .PDF, .AI file, or a FULL VECTOR Image.
